Should be up by the end of the week, they reckon that PP applications can be done online as well this season.

Re: Chelsea Away
Was at the ticket office yesterday and asked about this. They was due to accept applications from Friday, however in line with all things Ticket Office this has been delayed.

Apparently this season you can only apply for away tickets with Priority points online

Supporters who make Priority Points applications should note that the process for applying for tickets has changed for this season.

You will no longer need to sumbit a form by fax or email, but apply in an online only process which will recognise your Priority Point order.

Specific timeslots will be open throughout the day depending on your number of Priority Points, with the 29 July online sale for Chelsea operating as follows:

8+ points: 9am
7+ points: 10am
6+ points: 11am
5+ points: 12pm

Bondholders can still purchase their tickets over the telephone on 0871 529 1966* or in person, as well as online, but Priority Points applications now need to be made online here.

Any remaining tickets will go on sale to Season Ticket Holders from 9am Saturday 23 July.

Should any tickets be released to Season Ticket Holders, they can also purchase over the telephone or in person as well as online.

Supporters who wish to apply for accessibility tickets should email accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk stating whether they are a wheelchair user or not, and you will be entered into the ballot for tickets.

The Hammers have received an allocation of 3,000 tickets for this match, priced at £30 adults and £23.50 under-20s, under-16s and over-65s.

Re: Chelsea Away
So we have to make sure we can log in at a specific time to be able to buy away tickets now?

Re: Chelsea Away
surely they can get a system that orders the applications correctly despite when they are submitted.

Re: Chelsea Away
TBF, that's EXACTLY how I said it should be done before. Fairly simple

Buster 2:15 Thu Jul 21
Re: Chelsea Away
It's handy as you're not worrying about forms getting to them, but surely they can devise a system where you just apply online, you get a confirmation and it gets processed in the usual way. But then I suppose this cuts down on a shit load of hours of processing in the actual ticket office.

Re: Chelsea Away
Excellent idea for a couple of geeks who spend 24 hours a day at a computer screen. Fucking ridiculous for anyone who works.

What about those who will be making their way home from the European away leg at that time?
